Mum was given incredible care by the team at Farleigh when she came home. Farleigh are a local charity specialising in the provision of palliative care. The carers looking after Mum were so kind and attentive not just to Mum but to all of us too, so we would love to give something back. Thank you to everyone who makes a donation on Mum's behalf, it is a lovely tribute.
